Do you want to live a good life? Then laugh more.

Laughter isn’t just fun; it’s a powerful tool for your health. It boosts the oxygen in your body, helping your heart pump more efficiently. Some doctors are even prescribing “laugh therapy.”

Imagine this: subjects watching comedies and listening to stand-up shows, while doctors measure their body’s responses. The results are astounding. Oxygen levels in the heart increased by at least 10%, and blood tests showed reduced inflammation. This means a lower risk of heart attacks and strokes.

In short, if you want to live better, laugh more.

Humanity is constantly uncovering the brilliance of our design. Even the Bible, through the wise words of Solomon, recognized this truth:

“A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” (Proverbs 17:22, ESV)

Happy people are healthier, and this leads to even greater happiness.

So, find something to laugh about today, even if it’s at yourself. Share laughter with friends. It will do wonders for your body and even more for your soul.
